Refund and Exchange Policy

At Dana Kids Clothing, your satisfaction is important to us. While we do not offer cash refunds, we gladly accept exchanges for items returned in excellent, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.

Please send back the item within 5 days of receiving your order to be eligible for an exchange. Returns made after this period cannot be accepted.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs both when sending the original item back and when receiving the exchanged product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your peace of mind.
